CWU Faculty and Staff Housing
A limited number of transitional housing options for CWU faculty & staff are available.
- 9-month academic year minimum lease, with the option to extend to a full year (12 months).
- 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartment spaces in Brooklane Village.
- 1-bedroom - $1,200 per month
- 2-bedroom - $1,440 per month
- 3-bedroom - $1,550 per month
- Any faculty and staff who are employed at least .50 FTE are eligible.
- Assignments are made on a first come, first serve basis; based on availability, type of unit and move in date.
- Rent for apartments will be the responsibility of the employee leasing the space and will be charged to the employee's "Student Account." There is a minimum $100 employee surcharge per month for faculty and staff added to the base rent.
- Application, deposit and assignment process is through the employee's MyHousing account. Employees can email housing@cwu.edu to gain access to the faculty and staff apartment application.
