Are You in High School and Wanting to Take College Courses?

We have options. At CWU, our College in the High School program enables high school students to take CWU courses taught by their approved instructors at their own school campus. More than 6,000 high school students participated in this program last year.

We also invite eligible high school juniors and seniors to enroll in our Running Start program at Ellensburg, Sammamish, and online. Our Running Start program allows you to take college courses, completely tuition-free during the fall, winter, and spring quarters. Plus, the credits earned from these courses are generally transferable to other colleges and universities and can even count towards high school graduation requirements.
