Multimodal Learning
Faculty Resources
Multimodal Learning is the central hub for faculty development. We provide and facilitate continual learning and exploration opportunities that support the university's mission and vision of becoming a model learning community of equity and belonging. Faculty resources and on-demand guides for technologies provided by CWU exist in Canvas (such as using Canvas, Panopto, integrations with Zoom, Microsoft and more, syllabi statements, etc). If you are contracted faculty member, you can access them at any time in CWU Instructor Resource Course (log-in to Canvas required).
Faculty Development Opportunities
- Faculty-led Learning Community Meetings (Quarterly)
- Faculty Workshops around Teaching with Technology (Quarterly)
- Certification Programs (Master Online Teacher, Master Online Mentor, Universal Design for Learning)
- Faculty Research and Speed Networking Event (Winter event)
- Faculty Showcase for Innovative Teaching (Spring event)
