New Employee Ambassador Program

Help Acclimate New Members to CWU

New employees arrive at CWU excited to take on new roles and ready to make an impact. That enthusiasm can either be nurtured or discouraged—depending on the first few weeks on the job.

The New Employee Ambassador program pairs new CWU employees with department representatives to welcome and help acclimate them to new surroundings and the job. New Employee Ambassadors help with everything from obtaining parking passes and getting keys made to learning the best places to get coffee and what to expect at various meetings.
