Consultation Services and Partnerships

Case Management staff are available to consult with CWU faculty, staff, and students during regular business hours (8am – 5pm), Monday through Friday. We encourage those seeking to speak with a Case Manager to contact us by phone at: 509-963-1515 or by submitting a Behaviors of Concern Report (BoC) located on all Case Management website pages. When attempting to contact a Case Manager or completing a BoC Report, please be prepared to provide your name, phone number, and student ID number of the student of concern (if known). Please note that if a Case Manager is not available at the time your call, your message will be addressed as soon as we are able and with adherence to FERPA. If you have immediate concerns about a student’s safety, please use emergency resources such as 911.

CWU Office of Case Management Release of Information (ROI)

Please be aware that while the Office of Case Management are not a confidential reporting area, Case Management staff do adhere to the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). FERPA allows us exchange certain information with other CWU faculty/staff on an as needed basis. It is our goal to err on the side of protecting students’ private information as much as possible. In order to share information with parties outside of the University, a Release of Information (ROI), is required. Below you will find a list of areas/offices with whom we frequently collaborate and their specific ROIs if indicated. You will also find the general Case Management ROI for parties outside of CWU, but not otherwise previously noted:
