Connecting You To CWU
Your CWU Connection Card is your key to experiencing campus as a CWU student, faculty, or staff member. Your Connection Card is your single source for ID, Keys, Bank Account and Access to Campus Services. All students, faculty, and staff are required to have a connection card.
- CWU identification card
- Meal Card for all Dining Services locations
- Access to the Recreation Center in the SURC
- Admission to sporting events, concerts, theater productions, and more
- Library Card to check out books and laptops
- Use in University Store as a debit card and to student charge items
- Purchases at CWU vending machines
- Photocopy Card at the Library
- Access to buildings to which you are authorized

- Replace a Lost or Stolen Connection Card - Immediate Steps:
- Report lost card to the Connection Card Office ASAP. You can do this over the phone, in person, on on the GET App.
- Card will be deactivated
- Replace lost card in the Connection Card Office
- $35 Replacement Fee
- Fee may be charged to Student Account, or you can use check or card
- Old card is invalidated as soon as new card is created and printed
- Fund Your Wildcat Bucks Account
- Change Your Residential Meal Plan During Add/Drop Period only
- Get Answers to Questions About Dining Charges
- Charge Off-Campus/Apartment Meal Plans to Financial Aid for Each Quarter
- Pick up Student Teaching ID badges
- ID badges for Dining Services, Computer Support Services, University Store, Conference and Retail Services
