Group X Classes and Schedule

Our comprehensive Group X program gives you the opportunity to get a unique, instructor-led workout in an open fitness studio filled with natural light.

If you are in search of a good sweat session, we've got both classic and funky formats to try. Maybe you need a higher paced cardio class to get the heart rate up and blood pumping, such as Cycling and Cardio Dance. Or perhaps you want to slow down with an intentional mind-body session, like Yoga and Pilates. No matter what your workout preference, we have a class for you!

Group X Schedule & Class Descriptions

  • Winter 2026 Class Schedule

  • Class Descriptions (A-G)

Dance Sculpt: Dance Sculpt draws inspiration from the classic styles of Ballet and dance, emphasizing long, flowing lines of movement. Classes begin with a warm-up focusing on postural strength and alignment, followed by a series of upper body exercises using light weights. The ballet barre is used to condition like a dancer, sculpting the lower body while also lengthening and stretching the muscles.

    Offerings: Mondays at 5 pm.

Cycle: Are you looking for a fun and effective workout to get you energized and moving? Jump on a bike and ride to music that will improve your cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance. Make your workout your own by controlling speed and resistance. This low impact, yet high intensity workout will make you want to come back for more!

Offerings: Tuesdays at 6:30 am and Wednesdays at 6 pm.

Cycle & Core: Want to hit cardio, but also target abs? This class does both! Pedal out the legs on the bike for the first half of class, and then grab a mat to tire out the core. Bring your energy, and a water bottle, and you're ready to go!

    Offerings: Mondays at 6 pm.

  • Class Descriptions (H-Z)

Kettlebell Burn: Try a kettlebell class with us! Get a full body workout by utilizing multiple muscle groups while improving strength and cardiovascular endurance. You will sweat and feel the burn in this functional fitness class! Modifications and progressions of exercises will be provided during class.

    Offerings: Tuesdays at 5 pm.

Lunchtime Lift: Strength train on the lunch hour with our certified personal trainers. Be led in a small group environment two weekdays throughout the quarter, alternating between push & pull focused days. Utilize functional movement patterns to reflect daily life and be stronger and more capable overall.

Offerings: Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:15 pm.

Pilates: The foundation of all Pilates routines is core. Our Pilates class will challenge core while strengthening total body and improving overall mobility. In addition, a regular routine will increase muscular endurance and flexibility.

Offerings: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:30 am; Thursdays at 5 pm.

Yoga: Take your body to the mat for a welcome break from responsibilities. Enjoy a restorative, mind-body class to de-stress and refocus during the week. This class will combine intentional breath with deep stretches and gentle transitions.

    Offerings: Thursdays at 6 pm.

30 Min Sweat (HIIT): 30 Min Sweat is a specially formulated class designed to activate and work the total body in a short amount of time. Try this 30 minute, express class to challenge your cardiovascular system with timed work and rest intervals. Although the class time is cut in half, there is nothing easy about 30 Min Sweat!

    Offerings: Thursdays at 5 pm.
