Health Programs


Health Programs consists of Personal Training and Group X classes!

Group X classes range from Yoga to Cycle to Strength and more. Find group classes that work for you and your lifestyle! Classes are free for all members. 

Personal Training is an individualized offering that allows you to redirect and focus on your goals. Choose from one-on-one, partner or group training. Services are available to students, staff or faculty and alumni alike.

Weight Room Orientations

Curious about how to use equipment or just want to improve confidence in the gym? Come work with a personal trainer to move safely and increase your knowledge in the weight room. All are welcome!

  • Dates & Times: Wednesday, April 8th: 1-2 pm; Wednesday, April 15th: 7-8 am; Wednesday, April 22nd: 4-5 pm.

Women's Weightlifting Workshop

Join us for a supportive, empowering lift session designed just for women. Whether you’re brand new to the weight room or looking to fine-tune your form, this workshop meets you where you’re at. When you arrive, choose a colored bracelet that represents your goal for the day. Our trainers and fellow lifters will know exactly how to support you based on your bracelet choice. Learn, lift, connect, and leave feeling stronger and more confident in the weight room.

Sunrise Yoga

Looking for a gentle, but active start to your morning? Join us on the mat outside for an invigorating flow as the sun comes up. Water is encouraged and bringing your own mat is optional!

Sunset Yoga

Close out your day with active relaxation and dynamic movement. Join us for a calming outdoor class as the sun goes down. Water is encouraged and bringing your own mat is optional!

Outdoor 30 Min Sweat

Start your weekend off right with a good workout and fresh air! This 30 minute class will target your whole body and keep your heart rate up in a short amount of time. Exercise modifications and progressions will be provided and all levels are welcome.
