Apartment Meal Plans

Enjoy eating at all Dining locations and charge it to your student account!

Living on campus at CWU has never been more exciting! There are many food options to choose from and a new “All-You-Care-to-Enjoy” service style at Holmes Dining in the SURC. Additionally, there are eight restaurants, eight cozy cafés, and three well-stocked markets, some of which are located just outside of student residence halls and on-campus apartments. If you are living in Anderson, Brooklane Village, Carmody-Munro, Short-Getz, Student Village, or the Wahle on-campus apartments, you are eligible for our all new Apartment Flex Plan, in addition to our classic Residential Meal Plans.

Flex Plan

Choose the perfect plan for your lifestyle with our four-tier options and enjoy 10% off at the register!

  • Flex 1: $1250
  • Flex 2: $1000
  • Flex 3: $750
  • Flex 4: $500

Your chosen Apartment Meal Plan will be loaded onto your CWU Connection Card, giving you easy access to any of our on-campus dining locations. Students can charge these meal plans to their student account as long as they are selected prior to add/drop.

After selecting your plan, the balance will automatically be added onto your Connection Card at the start of each quarter. Should you deplete your apartment flex plan dollars before the end of the quarter, Wildcat Bucks can be purchased and loaded to the Connection Card at no additional costs.

If your meal plan is not the right fit for you, please feel free to change it during the add/drop period. To change your Apartment Meal Plan, visit MyHousing during the add/drop period.

Apartment Meal Plan selections are now open for Fall Quarter, 2025.
