Contact KITTCOM in response to emergencies occurring in Kittitas County, WA. KITTCOM dispatchers will notify law enforcement of your emergency.
If there is imminent concern for you or anyone else, dial 9-1-1 for emergency assistance.
Kittitas County Crisis Lines
Kittitas County provides free 24/7 access to crisis counselors for residents experiencing mental health emergencies. Contact them by phone to connect with a trained counselor.

Student Counseling Services
CWU employees a number of licensed mental health counselors who work with students in distress. To schedule an appointment with a counselor, contact their office at (509)-963-1391. If you are in crisis, inform them that you need a “crisis appointment”.

Timely Care - TalkNow
TimelyCare is a 24/7 virtual mental health service for ALL CWU students. Use your MyCWU login information to register an account. This is paid for by tuition and will not accrue additional costs for services. When you select TalkNow, you will connect with a mental health professional in 5 minutes or less.

Suicide Concern Report
If you or another CWU student is considering self-harm and/or suicide, please complete a Suicide Concern Report. CWU will connect them with a qualified professional. This report should be completed IN ADDITION TO more immediate assistance from one or more of the resources listed in the first section of this site.
