About the Financial Aid Office
The CWU Financial Aid Office on the Ellensburg Campus is located in Bouillon Hall, Room 106.
Regular business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Drop by to have general financial aid questions answered. You can also turn in requested documents in person.
Financial aid counselors are available for 20 minute in-person or call-back appointments 11:00am - 3:00pm.

Virtual and telephone call-back appointments are available to all students attending the Westside Centers. Available times are Monday through Thursday, 3:00 - 6:00pm.
