Have questions about paying for college? Our financial aid counselors are here to help you navigate the process.
Whether you need help completing your FAFSA or WASFA, understanding your award, or exploring scholarship options.
Regular office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM. Drop by to have general financial aid questions answered. You can also turn in requested documents in person.

What information do I need to book an appointment?
When you schedule an appointment, please include:
- Your full name
- Your CWU student ID number
- A detailed description of the financial aid issue(s) or question(s)
If you are not a current student, let us know. If you are an incoming first-year or transfer student, book time with a Financial Aid Coach below.
If you are contacting Financial Aid on a student's behalf, include their name and ID number in the notes. Remember, the student will need to complete a release of information before CWU staff can discuss student records with a third party.

Talk to a Financial Aid Counselor: Monday or Wednesday
Virtual and telephone call-back appointments are available Monday and Wednesday, 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Telephone call-back and in-person appointments at the Ellensburg campus are available Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

New students and incoming transfers: Mondays & Wednesdays
If you are a new, incoming CWU student or a new transfer and have questions about the financial aid process or need help completing documents like the FAFSA or WASFA, book time with a Financial Coaching Specialist.
Diana is available for virtual, call-back, and in-person appointments Mondays and Wednesdays between 2:00 and 4:00 pm.
