BFA Audition and Interviews Procedures
Admission to any theatre BFA program is by audition/interview only. Auditions/interviews begin with an online prescreening process. Begin the process.
Theatre Arts Scholarships
Scholarship audition requirements are the same requirements for students seeking admission into the BFA programs . Bachelor of Arts students should choose an area of concentration in which to apply for scholarship opportunities. Visit our Theatre Arts Scholarships homepage.

Arrange a campus tour; then contact the Theatre Arts department to arrange to meet students, faculty, and tour the facilities. Airport Shuttle Info - for students arriving from out-of-state to visit or attend their first quarter at CWU.
Admission Requirments and Four-Year Plans of Study

CWU will start accepting applications for fall quarter as early as the beginning of your senior year of high school. However, we cannot notify you of your admissions status until November 1 of your senior year.
William O. Douglas Honors College
The William O. Douglas Honors College (DHC) is Central's interdisciplinary program for academically talented students.
Incoming first-year students may apply to the William O. Douglas Honors College. Admission is granted to students who demonstrate excellence in academic achievement -both in high school course work and standardized tests. Self-motivated students with initiative and leadership skills are especially encouraged to apply.
Tuition Reduction Program for First Year students (Freshman) from Outside Washington
The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) Program allows students throughout the western United States to enroll at a reduced tuition rate while seeking their first undergraduate degree. Participating states include:

- Colorado
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Montana
- Nevada
- New Mexico
- North Dakota
- Oregon
- South Dakota
- Utah
- Wyoming
The Office of Admission recently announced that this program will soon be available to students from other states. Contact the department to see if your state now qualifies.
