Quarterly Sprinkler Inspections
- Takes approximately .5 HR per building. (Approx. 2-3 Days with 1 Simplex Tech)
- No Sounding of Horns Anticipated
5 year Sprinkler / 5 year Standpipe
- Takes approximately 1.5 HR per building. (5 Long Days with 1 Simplex Tech / 1 CWU Tech)
- Sound horn for approximately 1 minute.
- Disable signaling devices using programmed button (some signaling devices may sound).
Semi-Annual Sprinkler
- Takes approximately 1 HR per building. (Approx. 4 Days with 1 Simplex Tech / 1 CWU Tech)
- Sound horn for approximately 1 minute.
- Disable Signaling devices using programmed button (some signaling devices may sound).
Annual Sprinkler
- Takes approximately 1.5 HR per building. (Approx. 6 Days with 1 Simplex Tech / 1 CWU Tech)
- Sound Horn for approximately 1 minute.
- Disable Signaling devices using programmed button (some signaling devices may still sound).
Annual Fire Backflow Testing
- Takes approximately .5 HR per building. (Approx. 2-3 Days with 1 Simplex Tech)
- No Sounding of Horns Anticipated
Auxiliary Building Fire Alarm Device Testing (Round 1 of 2)
- Takes approximately 3-6 HR per building. (2 CWU Tech)
- Test Horn/Strobes at scheduled times (signaling devices will sound).
- Test devices throughout day in “Silent Walk Test Mode”
Finish Auxiliary Building Device Testing (Round 2 of 2)
- Takes approximately 3-6 HR per building. (2 CWU Tech)
- Test Horn/Strobes at scheduled times.
- Test devices throughout day in “Silent Walk Test Mode”
Academic Building Device Testing
- Takes approximately 3-6 HR per building. (2 CWU Tech)
- Sound Horns Before 6AM
- Test devices throughout day in “Silent Walk Test Mode"
