Central Stores
About Us
Central Stores supports the University's mission by providing over 4,000 commonly used items. Central Stores operates from a 7,500 sq. ft. facility in the Jongeward Building off Wildcat Way across from the Science Building. Walk-in counter service is provided. Several purchasing options are available.

Faculty and Staff Purchases
Items can be purchased by phone, fax, e-mail or dropping by Central Stores. An established work order is needed to order by budgets. A work order can be obtained by calling Facilities Management at (509) 963-3000. A budget number is needed for an authorized purchase.

Student Purchases
- Students need to stop by Central Stores, check out available products to see how much they cost, then obtain a Central Stores receipt for items they wish to purchase.
- Take the Central Stores receipt to the Cashiers Office and pay cash or credit for the products.
- Return to Central Stores with the Cashiers Office receipt to pick up the products.
