Online Registration
CWU College in the High School uses a custom online registration system for concurrent enrollment.
Students, Instructors, Administrators and CWU faculty & staff have access through customized portals, which provides necessary information for registering, processing and enrolling students at CWU.
For Students
- Go to Online CWU CiHS Registration
- Create a new account if you haven't done that or log in if you already have an account. Don't make another account if you already have one. Your online registration account is different than your MyCWU account.
- Fill all required fields. Watch your spelling!
- Choose your school
- Choose from classes available at your school
- Attach student and parent/guardian signatures
- School attaches any required documents (such as test scores)
- School makes a recommendation
- CWU processes enrollment
- Student receives notification of enrollment
- First-time students receive MyCWU account information separately

For Reviewers
Steps for Counselors or Administrators who make recommendations for student registration:
- Go to Online CWU CiHS Registration
- Select School Counselor or Administrator portal
- Request Access if you don't have an account already, or log in.
- Check for new registrations
- Make a recommendation
- Double check student details
- Upload any required documents
- Submit recommendation

For Teachers
- Go to Online CWU CiHS Registration
- Your account has already been created by CWU
- Use your CWU email and username to log in
- Online registration closes at midnight of deadline day. Students will not be able to add new registrations after that date
- Find your class
- Check your roster(s)
- If you need to make recommendations, follow the steps for reviewers above.
