Non-Credit Courses, Boot Camps, & Summer Camps

100% refund is offered if the course is cancelled by CWU Continuing Education.

95% refund is offered if registrant notifies CWU Continuing Education in writing, at minimum four (4) business days prior to the first class session.

0% refund is offered if registrant withdraws, does not attend, or stops attending the course with less than four (4) business days prior to the first class session.

Third Party Online Courses

No refunds will be granted for online personal enrichment and professional development courses (clock hours, PDUs, and CEUs) provided in cooperation with partnering organizations, institutions or companies (VESi, Ed2Go, etc.).

Cancellations

If the minimum enrollment of a course is not met 3 days prior to the first day of class, CWU Continuing Education may cancel the course at its discretion. Participants will be notified at this time.

If the course or program is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Additional Information

As a self-support department, CE does not accept waivers. Some courses/classes may have additional fees; please review university policies for more information.

Note: Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawing.

To ensure a positive learning experience, all students, in any CE course, have the responsibility to be familiar and comply with all university policies and procedures, specifically those governing student behaviors.
