Student Conduct Code
Policies and expectations governing behavior for all registered CWU students both on and off campus. The Student Conduct Code is a part of the Washingtion Administrative Code (WAC).

Discrimination Grievance Procedures
Procedures for incidents that may include discrimination on the basis of gender (including sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, and dating or domestic violence), disability, race (including racial harassment), color, creed, religion, ethnic or national origin, sexual orientation, gender identification, pregnancy, marital status, veteran’s status, or age. Sexual Assault Response Policy
CWU is committed to preventing all forms of sexual assault, sexual violence, or sexual misconduct and to providing accessible, responsive services for dealing with such offenses. See CWU 701-02 Student Sexual Assault Response for details.

Hazing Prevention
CWU Hazing Prevention:
We are committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment free from hazing in all forms. Our dedication to hazing prevention involves educating our community about the harmful effects of hazing, promoting awareness, and implementing clear policies that uphold the dignity and respect of all individuals. We will actively engage students, faculty, and staff in conversations about healthy group dynamics and encourage reporting of any hazing incidents. Together, we will create a culture of accountability and support, ensuring that every member of our community can thrive without fear of intimidation or coercion.
Since the Fall quarter of 2022, there have been zero reports of hazing incidents with a finding of responsible.
