Internal Funding

Research and Sponsored Programs provides services to support externally-funded research, scholarly activities, and other sponsored projects. 

However, there are internal funding opportunities available through CWU which include the following: 

  • Faculty funding 

    • Faculty Open Access Publication Award (sponsored by Graduate Studies & Research and CWU Libraries) 

    • Faculty Research/Creative Activity Support Award - email Graduate Studies and Research (masters@cwu.edu) to be added to their canvas page to access the funding opportunity. 

  • Undergraduate student funding - contact Office of University Student Research (OUR)

  • Graduate student funding - email Graduate Studies and Research (masters@cwu.edu) to be added to their canvas page to access the below funding opportunities:  

    • Graduate Student Research/Creative Activity Support Award
