Center for Financial Planning & Well-Being
Our Mission: Improve the financial well-being of individuals and families throughout Washington State and the Pacific Northwest.
In pursuit of this mission, the Center for Financial Planning and Well-Being (CFPW) oversees three initiatives at Central Washington University:
• College in the High School (CiHS) – Improve young adult financial education by delivering FIN 174 curriculum to high school classrooms
• Personal Financial Planning – Launch the next generation of financial planners through degree programs that qualify graduates to sit for the CFP® Board Certification Examination
• Money Savvy Wildcats – Provide peer financial coaching and personal finance education to college students, faculty, staff and underserved communities
