Appendix A - Statement of Professional Conduct
(1) Exempt employees’ group opinions shall be presented by the chair of the EEA governing board to the president / designee. When exempt employees speak or act as private persons, the employees shall avoid creating the impression that they speak or act for the university. All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
