Transfer Center

Are you a transfer student? The Transfer Center can help you make a seamless transition from your previous institution(s) to CWU. We provide pre-admission advising, transition support, and assistance establishing connections to the campus community and its many resources.

Services we provide:

• visits to community colleges across Washington state
• information and campus referrals
• involvement in Orientation and Wildcat Welcome Week
• community building among current transfer students at Central
• much, much more!

Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Appointments
You can connect with a student who has walked a mile in your shoes. Your Transfer Center Peer Ambassadors are happy to meet with current or prospective transfer students to talk about transfer experience at CWU, answer your questions, help you find resources, and be as successful as possible! You can schedule an appointment (virtual or in-person)or simply stop by the Transfer Lounge in Bouillon 210, Monday - Friday between 10am and 4pm.
