The Office of the Registrar, along with our CWU Campus Solutions partners, now provides students an option for digital forms for our office in MyCWU. Students, by logging into their MyCWU accounts can now navigate to the “Student” tab (top center) and navigate to “Enrollment” (left side navigation) then select “My Forms”.
