Clery Act Compliance

Central Washington University (CWU) is committed to providing a safe and secure learning, working, and living environment that promotes personal integrity, civility and mutual respect.

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, also known as the Clery Act, requires CWU to collect, report, and disseminate crime and fire data, as well as provide timely warnings to the campus community of certain crimes, and notification of incidents that pose a threat to our community.

Any complaints, questions, or concerns regarding Clery Act compliance at CWU should be made directly to the Director of Civil Rights Compliance, John MacArthur, or the Interim Director of University Police and Public Safety, Eric Twaites.
