CWU has policies, procedures, and resources in place to take immediate and appropriate steps to eliminate the sex discrimination, prevent its recurrence and to remedy the effects.

Reporting Sex Discrimination
Use the Concern and Support (reporting) form to report incidents of sex discrimination and sexual misconduct to a Title IX Coordinator.
Concern and Support FormSex Discrimination
Sex discrimination includes differential treatment and harassment on the basis of sex, including quid pro quo and hostile environment harassment, as well as sexual misconduct.
Sexual misconduct is a broad term that includes acts of sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual harassment, dating and domestic violence, and stalking.
