Fall quarter resources available for CWU employees and students
- September 15, 2021
The start of the fall quarter is just one week away, and Central Washington University is looking forward to having all of our students and employees back on campus after a long time apart.
We know you have a lot of questions about what campus life will look like, and we are doing our best to respond to all of your information needs. Whether you have questions about the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, exemption requests, the updated face-covering policy, campus safety protocols, or anything else related to fall quarter 2021, CWU has a variety of resources to help you be prepared.
Here's a rundown of the most up-to-date links for employees and students.
- For the latest information about CWU's vaccination requirement, visit cwu.edu/vaccination-requirement.
- Information about how to provide proof of vaccination can be found at cwu.edu/hr (employees) and Student Health Services (students).
- Find out where to get a COVID-19 vaccine and learn about the safety and efficacy of the three government-approved vaccines on our Vaccination Information page.
- Employees who would like answers to frequently asked questions can visit our Employee FAQ page.
- Additional faculty-specific questions are answered on the Associate Provost's website.
- Students looking to find out more about fall quarter can visit our Student FAQ page.
- More fall quarter resources can be found on our CWUTogether page.
Public Affairs is making regular updates to most of these pages and is coordinating with other departments to ensure all information is current. If you have any questions not answered on the above webpages, please email Fall_2021_Opening@cwu.edu.
The COVID-19 Task Force was glad to see such a large number of staff and faculty members attend our Fall 2021 Webinar on Tuesday, where some of the more frequently asked questions were answered by the committee. If you weren't able to attend and would like to watch the one-hour presentation, visit media.cwu.edu.
Thank you for your patience as we try to get the entire CWU community ready for a new academic year. We look forward to seeing you on campus and online!
