Are tickets available at the door?
Yes, at all ticketed events the box office opens 1 hour ahead of show time to purchase available tickets or pick up will call tickets.

Are scannable tickets or QR Code tickets acceptable at the door?
Yes, you can either print your confirmation which can be scanned at the door or if your phone has QR code capabilities all are acceptable.
Beginning fall 2012 e-tickets for your iphone are available at some events.

What if I don’t want to purchase tickets online?
You can purchase tickets in person at the Wildcat Shop located in the SURC or at the venue 1 hour ahead of show time.

How can I pay for tickets?
You can purchase tickets online with most major credit card (Discover, AMEX, Visa and MasterCard); in person we accept checks, cash and Visa & MasterCard credit cards.

How do I get a refund or exchange?
We do not give refunds; this is because we still have to pay the processing fee for the ticket purchase as well as any credit card fees.
Exchanges are available for the same event on another day or for another event that is of equal value.

Do small children under 5 need a ticket? Which tickets do I buy for a child under five?
Yes, all children need tickets and cannot sit on laps to avoid purchasing a ticket. In any live theatre production babies in arms and children who cannot occupy their own seat are not permitted. Children should be able to sit on their own quietly for 1 hour.
If there is not a “child” ticket please either purchase a Student ticket or General Admission ticket depending on availability.

We consider the Senior age to be 65 and older.
