Benefits and Fee Structure
We are excited to help you run your event!
The Ticket Office provides a full-service ticketing experience designed to make events easy to manage and easy for customers to attend. Tickets can be purchased online at Wildcat Tickets, with in-person advance sales available at the SURC Info Desk. Day-of-event sales are offered at the door or gate up to one hour before the event, or up to 1.5 hours before football games. Services also include access to existing venue maps, use of ticket scanners when needed, custom reporting such as email lists and financial manifests, and full financial reconciliation and accounting to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to settlement.
Events with Paid Tickets
To support the above services, the following costs apply to the sponsoring agency:
- $100 Administrative Fee
- $2 per ticket sold
- $0.10 per complimentary ticket
- Student employee hours for event staffing
The following fee applies to ticket buyers:
- $3 convenience fee per ticket
Events with Free Tickets Only
Free-ticket events receive the same professional ticketing support to ensure consistency and ease for both organizers and attendees. For these events, costs to the sponsoring agency are limited to:
- Student employee hours for event staffing - only if in-person ticket sales or scanning is requested.
There is no cost to ticket buyers for free-ticket events.
