Join us for the 49th Annual Ware Fair at CWU's Student Union and Recreation Center!
Thursday - Saturday, December 3 - 5, 2026
The winds of change are sweeping through Ware Fair! Join us for a reimagined event that sets the scene for an exchange of learning, craftsmanship, and holiday cheer as the CWU and Ellensburg communities join together to welcome the winter season.
Dates
Thursday, December 3 from 12pm-6pm
Friday, December 4 from 10am-6pm
Saturday, December 5 from 9am-4pm
Registration Rates (includes all three days)
Standard Registration: $200
CWU Alumni/Senior Citizen (65+): $175
Registered Student Organization: $75
Late Registration Rate (after November 1) Non-Student: $235 | Student: $100
Important Info
- Parking: To park in university parking lots, a daily virtual parking pass will be required Thursday & Friday. Vendors and/or guests are responsible for their own parking. Virtual parking passes can be purchased at a curbside kiosk in lot I-15 which is closest to the SURC. Passes can also be purchased on the day of intended use at our Parking Services page. Parking is FREE on Saturday.
