Join us for the 48th Annual Ware Fair at CWU's Student Union and Recreation Center!

Thursday - Saturday, December 4 - 6, 2025

The winds of change are sweeping through Ware Fair! Join us for a reimagined event that sets the scene for an exchange of learning, craftsmanship, and holiday cheer as the CWU and Ellensburg communities join together to welcome the winter season.

Partner Events

Thursday, December 4 | Community Dinner in Holmes Dining | 6-8 PM Join us for a hearty meal at the heart of campus: a community dinner with all of your holiday favorites in the Holmes Dining Hall located at the West End of the SURC. Ticket prices TBD.

Friday, December 5 | Ellensburg High School Chamber Choir | 4-5 PM Gather with us around the SURC Fireplace to enjoy holiday music performed by the EHS Chamber Choir. 

Saturday, December 6 | SLICE'S Holiday Extravaganza on the SURC Mezzanine | 11 AM-1 PM Join the Office of Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement (SLICE) on the SURC Mezzanine for a crafting event catered to students in K-8, facilitated by on-campus clubs.

 

Important Info

  • Parking: To park in university parking lots, a daily virtual parking pass will be required Thursday & Friday. Vendors and/or guests are responsible for their own parking. Virtual parking passes can be purchased at a curbside kiosk in lot I-15 which is closest to the SURC. Passes can also be purchased on the day of intended use at our Parking Services page. Parking is FREE on Saturday.
