Health Programs consists of Personal Training and Group X classes!

Group X classes range from Yoga to Cycle to Strength and more. Find group classes that work for you and your lifestyle! Classes are free for all members. 

Personal Training is an individualized offering that allows you to redirect and focus on your goals. Choose from one-on-one, partner or group training. Services are available to students, staff or faculty and alumni alike.
