Carmody-Munro Apartments: New for 2024-2025!

Carmody-Munro Apartments are located on North campus in Carmody-Munro Hall. These microstudio apartments are furnished and are all single rooms. Furnishings include a 2 beds, desk, chair, 2 wardrobes, and microfridge. All units are the size of a standard double room in the residence halls (including furniture), but will only have one resident per room. Residents will have access to a community kitchen, laundry room, study areas, and lounges. All rooms have access to community restrooms. This economical option will be priced at around $495 per month, includes all utilities, and does not require a meal plan.
