These furnished 2-bedroom apartments feature a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom with 2 bedroom units (1 regular and one large) in each unit. Anderson is unique as it is rented by the room for the academic year. This is an attractive option for students who prefer apartment living for the academic school year but do not wish to remain on campus over the Summer. Renting by the room ensures that if a roommate leaves mid-year, the rent charge remains the same while a new roommate is chosen or Housing assigns one to the space. The closest parking lot to Anderson requires a purchased CWU parking permit.
