Student Village: Your New Home Away From Home!

Student Village Apartments are located on the North side of CWU’s campus and close to Nicholson Pavilion, tennis courts, athletic fields and the North Village Café. These partially furnished studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units feature a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom. Student Village is unique as it is rented by the room. Renting by the room ensures that if a roommate leaves mid-year, the rent charge remains the same while a new roommate is chosen or Housing assigns one to the space.

12-month contract, rented by the bedroom
Parking is included in the Student Village residential lots.
