Resources for Student Support
Disability Services
Disability Services ensures equal access for students with permanent or temporary disabilities—whether they attend in Ellensburg, online, or at one of our University Centers.
We work with students to identify barriers and provide individualized accommodations, while also educating the CWU community and serving as a resource on disability-related topics. Disability Services is part of the Health and Wellness team within the Division of Student Success. Learn more about Disability Services
Central Washington Disability Resources
This community-based organization advocates for the empowerment, inclusion, and wellness of people with disabilities. Their services include advocacy, peer mentoring, and skill development for greater independence and full participation in all areas of life. Visit Central Washington Disability Resources
Central Transit
Thanks to a partnership between CWU and the City of Ellensburg, Central Transit offers free transportation for students throughout the area—making it easy to get to class, the store, or downtown. Explore Central Transit routes and schedules
CWU Family Resource Center
Part of the Family and Child Life program, the Family Resource Center supports the well-being of families across campus and Kittitas County. Programs include family-focused events, student service opportunities, and applied research aimed at strengthening family life. Learn more about the Family Resource Center.
