Why Orientation Matters
Yes—Orientation is required. But it’s so much more than just a box to check. It’s your chance to start meeting your people, get to know campus, and find answers to all those “what now?” questions.
What to Expect
Orientation is your chance to meet new people, get familiar with your academic program, and find out what campus life is really like. Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Meeting faculty, staff, and current students
- Connecting with classmates and making new friends
- Learning about your academic program and student resources
- Getting help with advising and registering for classes
- Exploring campus life, housing, dining, and more
Family and Supporter Sessions
We know college is a big transition for families, too. That’s why we offer sessions for parents, family members, and supporters to learn about resources, meet staff, and find out how to help their student thrive.
