Account Detail: For detailed account information and balances you can login to https://my.cwu.edu 

Trouble Logging into MyCWU?  If you experience trouble logging into your MyCWU, you might need to reset your password. You can do that online at https://wildcatpassword.cwu.edu or you can call the IS Help Desk at (509) 963-2001 for assistance.

 

  • For the most up-to-date account information, please login to your MyCWU account as charges may change frequently. Tuition and fees are subject to vary based on course enrollment. Any adjustments to your course schedule may impact the total amount of tuition and fees owed.

 

  • Please note that failure to settle past due charges may result in holds being placed on your account, thus affecting your ability to register for classes and receive your diploma.

 

Mandatory Fees:

  • Certain fees are assessed to all registered students, with specific fees applicable only to those based in Ellensburg. Students may submit an appeal of the following student fees under specific circumstances by emailing Student Engagement & Success at VPStudentEngagement&Success@cwu.edu before the conclusion of the Add/Drop period for the quarter, which coincides with the tuition and fees deadline.
  • Ex: Health and Counseling/Student Medical and Counseling Clinic Fee, Student Union Building Fee, Student Wellness Fee and the Student Recreation Fee.

 

Make a Payment:

  • Online - Current students – Log on to MyCWU, select Financial from the left-hand menu and click on Make A Payment.
  • Parents – If you an Authorized User, please visit Touchnet here: https://secure.touchnet.net/C20530_tsa/web/login.jsp
  • If you are not an authorized user, your student can go to www.cwu.edu/student-accounts, click on Make a Payment and select the Authorized User tab on the right. If they enter your email address, you will have access to making online payments.
  • International – For an easy and convenient way to make international payments, please use our site here: https://flywire.com/pay/cwu
  • By Mail - If paying by mail, make sure to allow sufficient time for delivery.  Make sure your check has your name and ID number for proper identification.  Checks must be payable to Central Washington University and sent to:  

Central Washington University, Cashiers Office, 400 E. University Way, Ellensburg, WA 98926-7490

 

GET Students: Request your GET funding at least two weeks prior to the start of the quarter, to avoid any late fees. See Registrar late fee calendars here: https://www.cwu.edu/about/offices/registrar/academic-information/index.php 

 

Late Fees:

Housing late fees are assessed based on the housing contract

1% interest charge on the 5th of every month for each charge that is +30 days past the due date

$75 Fee - assessed 7 days after tuition and fees are due

$125 Fee - assessed 23 days after tuition and fees are due

 

Future Account Statements: If you are currently enrolled, all future monthly statements will be delivered to your CWU email address. If you need a paper statement instead, please fill out the Request For Hard Copy Statement form located at https://www.cwu.edu/admissions-aid/financial-aid-scholarships/student-accounts/resources/index.php

Financial Aid Recipients: Federal regulations prevent the use of more than $200 of current financial aid funds to pay prior year charges. If there is an outstanding balance for a previous quarter, your account may be placed on hold, affecting your ability to register for classes or receive your diploma, in accordance with WA Bill 2513. Flywire: Collection Management: If you have established a payment arrangement through Flywire, you will continue to receive monthly statements for your account.

 

Faculty & Staff: This is a courtesy statement that reflects the activity on your account.  If you have a payroll deduction set up for your charges due, you need not make a payment on your account at this time.
