AFROTC Clubs and Honor Guard

Flying Wildcats

The Flying Wildcats is a club available to all students in the Aerospace Studies program. The club focuses on showcasing the Aerospace program through interactive events (Potlucks, Base Visits, Movie nights, etc.) and serving the community (Veteran's Day Parade, Community Service, etc.). The club meets monthly and is always looking to improve the lives of our program members.

Honor Guard

The Detachment 895 Honor Guard is a group of highly trained, disciplined, and exceptional cadets who proudly present our nation's colors. They not only serve the CWU campus, but also the City of Ellensburg and Kittitas County. Cadets interested in joining the Honor Guard should reach out to Det 895 Cadre. If you are an organization that would like the CWU Air Force Honor Guard to present at your event or assembly, please visit the Honor Guard Request Page and submit a request.  We will respond promptly to confirm whether we can fulfill the request.
