WindFest Application 2026
The WindFest Concert Band Invitational is a non-competitive sharing of music between wind band ensembles. Fields marked with an * are required.
We are looking forward to two days of inspired music making! Participation by school groups is open to high school and middle school bands.
The participation fee for 2026 is $400.00. Once accepted, the deadline for registration fees is December 1, 2025. All payments are due electronically through an online payment system. All participating band programs should work with their financial administrators before the deadline to ensure on time payments.
- Programs that withdraw or cancel prior to February 2, 2026, will forfeit 50% of the registration fee.
- Programs that withdraw or cancel their participation on or after February 2, 2026, will not be refunded, including these requested for reasons related to weather.
