Your two-year “non-transferable” associate degree is your pathway to the BAS-IT Management major
This program accepts ANY applied/technical degree and complements the skills learned in the associate degree with the management/soft skills classes to help you become a leader in your knowledge area.

Do I qualify for the BAS-IT Management program?
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be accepted into this program:
- A completed applied or technical degree
- At least 40 credits in an applied area
- Be accepted and matriculated at CWU
If you are ready to get started with the Bachelor of Applied Science, here are your next steps:
- First, apply to CWU and indicate an interest in IT Management or Information Technology & Administrative Management on your application.
- Accept your admissions offer from CWU
- Declare your major using our Microsoft form, one of our academic advisors will be in contact to get you started and ready to begin your degree in IT Management.
IT Management minors make a major difference.
IT Management also offers nine different minors and certificate programs, some of which can be completed online and some which are only available on the Ellensburg Campus. It is possible to both major and minor in IT Management, enhancing your professional credentials. Ask your IT Management advisor for more information.

For students meeting the above entrance requirements, we encourage you to apply for your IT Management program early. Once enrolled in our program you will begin working with a knowledgeable IT Management advisor to design your academic course of study at CWU and make sure you are fulfilling all of the requirements for successful degree completion.
