The Conference Services Offices are now located in the Student Union & Recreation Center on the CWU Main Campus
Before you begin your trip to Ellensburg feel free to check out the Washington State Department of Transportation website for traffic alerts and mountain pass conditions.
We are located in SURC 146 and look forward to being of service!

Written Driving Directions to CWU Conference Services
The following directions will get you to the SURC building at the CWU Main Campus. Conference Services are located in SURC 146.

Directions from Seattle
- Take I-90 East to Ellensburg, exit #106.
- Go straight through the roundabout on to University Way. Continue on University way to the traffic light at Chestnut Street.
- Turn left at the light and then go right on 9th Avenue, enter lot G-16 (student lot, 2nd driveway on left) and pay for parking pass at the kiosk.

Directions from Spokane
- Take I-90 West to Ellensburg, exit #109.
- Make a right off the exit ramp and follow Canyon Road/Main Street to University Way.
- Turn right on University Way and drive about five blocks to the light at Chestnut Street.
- Turn left at the light and then go right on 9th Avenue, enter lot G-16 (student lot, 2nd driveway on left) and pay for parking pass at the kiosk.

Directions from Yakima
- Take I-82 North to I-90 West.
- Take the first exit #109.
- Make a right off the exit ramp and follow Canyon Road/Main Street to University Way.
- Turn right on University Way and drive about five blocks to the light at Chestnut Street.
- Turn left at the light and then go right on 9th Avenue, enter lot G-16 (student lot, 2nd driveway on left) and pay for parking pass at the kiosk.

- Take US-97 South over Blewett pass and follow signs to Ellensburg.
- Take a left at the roundabout onto University Way
- Follow University Way to the light at Chestnut Street.
- Turn left at the light and then go right on 9th Avenue, enter lot G-16 (student lot, 2nd driveway on left) and pay for parking pass at the kiosk.
