COTS SURE Application Form

The SURE program will be on hiatus for the summer of 2024

 

Be sure you are familiar with all of the eligibility requirements and conditions of the COTS-SURE program before you start the application process.

Application instructions can be downloaded here (docx).

You will be asked to upload several documents prior to submitting your application. This includes your and your faculty mentor's contact information, your preparatory research experience, how your proposal fits into your academic and professional goals, a detailed project description (including hypotheses, research design and methodology, and literature citations) as well as a detailed budget.
