Scholarship Application Form

By completing this application, you will be considered for all the current and available Department of Art + Design scholarships that are attached to this application in which you qualify. All incoming first-year students, transfer students, or continuing CWU art majors can apply. Students must register as an Art + Design major, and maintain major status in good standing, in order to continue the award each quarter. Please note that any student applying for an award must also fill out a valid FAFSA.
