The CWU Wind Ensemble and Dr. T. André Feagin Director of Bands have been selected as the featured performers for the 2024 World Association for Symphonic Bands and Ensembles' International Convention. It will be held in July of 2024 in South Korea.

Theatre Arts Senior Lecturer and Production Manager Jerry Dougherty won the 2022 KCACTF Gold Medallion Award which is the "most prestigious regional award given by KCACTF and is considered one of the greatest honors in theatre education."
