Vatheuer Family Foundation Pre-Medicine Scholarship

Award Description

To provide support for CWU students in the CWU College of the Sciences who plan to pursue a career in medicine.  This scholarship shall be given annually on a competitive basis among qualified students at CWU and in accordance with the university's scholarship award process.

Qualifications

  • Applicant must be in the process of preparing for success on the MCAT and entry into medical school
  • In good academic standing, which includes maintaining a minimum GPA of 2.0 per quarter
  • Demonstrated financial need as determined by the FAFSA and/or WASFA
  • Preference given to under-served students
