BS, Professional Pilot
As a prospective pilot, you will learn the basics and intricacies of flying an aircraft and aviation management. The training is comprehensive, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills
Practical instruction happens in both simulated environments and actual aircraft, where you will practice taxiing, takeoffs and landings, and emergency procedures. Advanced training may include instrument flight rules (IFR) instruction for flying in adverse weather conditions, and multi-engine certification.
As safety is paramount in aviation, stringent assessments and exams are undertaken to ensure you, as a pilot, are able to safely and effectively control an aircraft. Upon completion of the flight training, you will receive certification from a governing aviation body, such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States.

Applications open mid-October and close December 15th every year. We start students every Fall. We do not start students in the pilot program throughout the year. For application information click here.
