Graduation Application Deadlines
It is the responsibility of the student to apply for the degree in the Office of the Registrar. Application for the bachelor's degree must be submitted by the second Friday of the quarter preceding the quarter in which the degree is to be completed. Students who apply for graduation after the deadline may incur late fees.

Graduation Fees
This table shows the different fees for graduation.

| Undergraduate Graduation | $60 |
| Graduation Re-Application | $20 |
| Late Application | $35* |
| Concurrent Diploma | $90** |
| Split Diploma | $90 |
| Duplicate Diploma | $30 |
* Late Application- after the 5th week of the deadline increases to $70
** Concurrent Diploma- $90 (includes basic application fee)
Concurrent Diploma- 2 degrees awarded in same term
Split Diploma- 2 majors in the same degree printed on separate diplomas. Done ONLY upon request.
Duplicate Diploma- extra copy of single diploma. To reorder a diploma, go to ordering transcripts
