- HR can verify start date, end date, job title, and full time/part time status.
For written verifications by outside companies:
- Send via email to employment.verification@cwu.edu or fax (509) 963-1733. Must include a signed/dated authorization by employee.
For past or present employee:
- Needing documentation regarding employment with Central Washington University? Email employment.verification@cwu.edu or fax (509) 963-1733.

- In the PSLF Help Tool, when you select completion of your form via an electronic signature, you will be prompted to provide the CWU’s email address. You MUST enter employment.verification@cwu.edu in the field highlighted in the screenshot at below.
