The University Police & Parking Services Department is composed of different divisions all dedicated to creating "a partnership with the University community to protect life, property, prevent crime, resolve problems and educate the community." While this mission statement has been around a few years, nothing better describes our vital role in supporting the university-wide mission of teaching students. The University Police is the primary contributor to the safe learning and living environment of the campus. We accomplish our goals through partnerships, especially with students that take an interest in reducing and preventing crime.
