Behavioral Issues

The online Behaviors of Concern report is a tool for members of the CWU Community to pass along information to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities regarding:

  • Requests for assistance or support with emotional, physical, or health related concerns
  • Disruptive, disturbing, or concerning behaviors that do not rise to the level of an immediate 9-1-1 notification, but may include potential university policy violations and or safety concerns.

You may also report behaviors of concern through MyCWU using the Report Behaviors of Concern link.

Students exhibiting concerning behavioral issues or potential university policy violations such as: academic dishonesty, harassment, discrimination, other disruptive or concerning behaviors can be referred to the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities for outreach and investigation to address the behaviors in accordance with the Student Conduct Code.
