Thank you for your interest in the Doctoral Internship program at Central Washington University (CWU). Student Counseling Services will not be participating in Phase I of the 2023-24 APPIC Match process. We are evaluating our ability to participate in later phases of the match process.
Your internship year is a crucial time period in your professional and personal life.
The decision you are about to make regarding where you will spend that year is very important and often difficult to make. The internship is an organized health service psychology training program that provides supervised experiences in all Counseling Clinic services and functions. The program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Psychological Association. Verification of the program's accreditation status can be obtained through the APA Office of Program Consultation and Accreditation at (202) 336-5979 or by writing to 750 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20002-4242.
